Monica Appleby

Monica is very devoted to her profession and truly enjoys working with people as she is directly in sales and customer support. Born and raised in Northern California, Monica moved to Florida after meeting and marrying the love of her life, David Appleby.

Monica is a Florida Licensed Life and Annuity Agent, holds an associate’s degree from Solano Community College and enjoys office administration.

Monica has a love and compassion for people, animals and birds, (not necessarily in that order) She loves to laugh and enjoys connecting with others.

Working alongside David for the entirety of their marriage, while raising their children brings joy and purpose that she finds fulfilling.

Monica enjoys being both mentor and mother to their oldest child Charmaine, who has joined the team, providing a well-rounded dynamic to our firm.
